Bitumen 100/150 — Entry-Level Feedstock Grade
Soft enough to serve primarily as input for emulsion and cutback production.
Bitumen 100/150 crosses into feedstock territory — it’s soft enough that it’s rarely used as a direct road-paving binder on its own, and instead serves primarily as the base material for manufacturers producing bitumen emulsions, cutbacks, and specialty coatings. Its high penetration and low softening point make it easy to further process — blend with solvents for cutbacks, or emulsify with water and surfactants — without requiring the additional processing energy that harder grades like 85/100 would demand. Produced and packaged at our own facility, sourced directly from Source Petrochemical Refinery.
