Bitumen is a viscous, black hydrocarbon derivative used primarily in road construction, waterproofing, and infrastructure development. As a leading bitumen exporter, we supply premium-grade bitumen in multiple specifications — including 60/70, 80/100, and 85/100 — sourced directly from Iranian refineries and compliant with ASTM and EN standards. All grades are available in bulk vessel, new steel drum, and jumbo bag packaging, with flexible trade terms including CPT, DAP, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
What is Bitumen?
Bitumen — also known as asphalt cement — is a dark, sticky petroleum derivative obtained from the vacuum distillation of crude oil. It is one of the most widely traded petrochemical commodities in the world, valued for its exceptional binding, waterproofing, and adhesive properties.
Its primary applications include:
- Road construction and paving — as the binding agent in asphalt concrete
- Waterproofing membranes — for roofs, tunnels, bridges, and foundations
- Modified bitumen — polymer-modified for high-performance infrastructure
- Industrial uses — pipe coating, sound dampening, and battery cases
Our Bitumen Grades
We supply bitumen across all major penetration grades to match your project and climate requirements. Each grade is independently inspected by SGS or equivalent third-party surveyors before shipment.
Why source bitumen from Iran?
Iran is among the world's top bitumen producers, with refinery capacity and export volumes that consistently rank it as a primary supply origin for Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa. Iranian bitumen is recognized globally for its high quality, competitive pricing, and reliable availability year-round.
Packaging & Logistics
Our bitumen is available in three packaging formats:
- Bulk vessel — for large-volume buyers with terminal infrastructure
- New steel drums — 180kg net, ideal for smaller markets and inland distribution
- Jumbo bags — for oxidized and modified grades
Export is handled via land border (Bazargan) and sea ports, with full documentation including COA, SGS inspection report, bill of lading, packing list, and commercial invoice.
